CHEF

We have a position in our busy kitchen for a Chef. The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience, be able to cook under pressure & take pride in every meal sent out, being a team player is very important. Level 2 food hygiene is required.

There is a fully stocked farm shop at hand with lots of fresh local and seasonal produce. We produce simple but high-quality dishes from breakfasts to afternoon tea.

The work required would be Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8.00am till 5.00pm and alternate Saturdays 7.00am till 5.00pm). The weekly hours required per week would be 27 hours, with every other week 38 hours.

You must be available to help with holiday cover and sick leave.
